...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following 
  counties, Martin and St. Lucie.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 746 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
    is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
    Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Port Saint Lucie, Walton, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jensen Beach,
    Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, Palm City, White City, Port
    Salerno, Sewall's Point, North River Shores, Port Saint Lucie
    River Park, Nettles Island, Indian River Estates, Saint Lucie
    West, Witham Field, Fort Pierce South, Ocean Breeze Park,
    Hutchinson Island South and Rio.
