...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Georgia, including 
  the following counties, in south central Georgia, Colquitt. In 
  southwest Georgia, Baker, Calhoun, Early, Miller and Mitchell.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or 
  other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 652 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Colquitt, Newton, Camilla, Pelham, Blakely, Moultrie,
    Arlington, Baconton, Riverside, Douglasville, Centerville,
    Schley, Berlin, Funston, Sale City, Damascus, Jakin, Hopeful,
    Hawkinstown and Hoggard Mill.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
