* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects 157th St on the west side of 
  Fraser.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to hold steady around 19.0
    feet tonight and begin to fall beginning early Wednesday.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
