...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT /545 AM EDT/ 
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Indiana, including the following 
  counties, Gibson and Pike.

* WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT /545 AM EDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1058 PM CDT /1158 PM EDT/, emergency management reported
    heavy rain in Union, IN due to thunderstorms. This is causing
    urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Union, IN is the most likely place to experience minor
    flooding.
    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Hazleton.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
