...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Indiana, including the following 
  counties, Delaware, Henry and Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 821 PM EDT, radar and rainfall measurements indicated
    between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Although flash
    flooding has decreased, flooding is likely still ongoing
    across the area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Muncie, Winchester, Yorktown, Union City, Chesterfield,
    Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Sulphur
    Springs, Mooreland, Mount Summit, Losantville, Modoc,
    Springport, Blountsville, Prairie Creek Reservoir, Summit
    Lake State Park and Ball State University.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
