The Flood Warning will expire at 630 AM EDT this morning for 
portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, 
Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence, southeast Ohio, including the 
following counties, Gallia and Lawrence, and West Virginia, 
including the following counties, Cabell, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam and 
Wayne.

Motorists should be prepared for water or debris remaining on 
roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
