...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM CST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Louisiana, including the following 
  parishes, southwestern Caddo and western De Soto and northeast 
  Texas, including the following counties, northeastern Nacogdoches, 
  southeastern Panola, southeastern Rusk, northwestern San Augustine 
  and Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1112 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Nacogdoches, Center, Logansport, Tenaha, Timpson, Garrison,
    Joaquin, Martinsville, Melrose, Woden, Appleby, Chireno, Gary
    City, Keachi, Grand Cane, Longstreet, Stanley, Arcadia, James
    and Paxton.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
