...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Louisiana, including the 
  following parishes, Caldwell, Grant, La Salle and Winn.

* WHEN...Until 230 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1133 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Columbia, Jena, Colfax, Olla, Clarks, Grayson, Midway,
    Urania, Pollock, Dry Prong, Tullos, Georgetown, Zenoria,
    Rochelle, Standard, Burlington, Spaulding, Kelly, Nebo and
    Rogers.
