...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following 
  county, Washtenaw.

* WHEN...Until 415 AM EDT.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 109 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past 1 to
    2 hours.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline, Dexter, Manchester, Canton,
    Dixboro, Willis, Bridgewater, Barton Hills, Pittsfield
    Township, Delhi Mills, Pleasant Lake and Hudson Mills
    Metropark.
