...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Warning will expire at 1 PM CDT this afternoon for 
portions of northwest Iowa, including the following areas, Buena 
Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, O'Brien, Osceola and Sioux, 
southwest Minnesota, including the following areas, Jackson, Nobles 
and Rock, and southeast South Dakota, including the following areas, 
Clay, Davison, Hanson, Hutchinson, Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, 
Turner and Union.

Ponding of water in fields and low lying areas continues but 
widespread areal flooding has gradually subsided. River and stream 
flooding continues with River Flood Warnings remaining valid in 
those areas. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and 
evacuation notices from local officials.
