The Flood Advisory will expire at 215 AM CST early this morning for 
a portion of east central Missouri, including the following areas, 
Franklin, Gasconade and Warren.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 PM CST Tuesday for 
portions of Illinois and Missouri...
