Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1229 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Monroe City, Shelbina, Clarence, Shelbyville, Granville, Maud, Emden, Woodlawn, Hunnewell, Bethel, Leonard, Stoutsville, Duncans Bridge and Indian Creek. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
