...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of southern Mississippi, including the following 
  counties, Harrison and Jackson.

* WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 132 AM CDT, the public reported flooding in Gulfport.
    Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Gulfport, Biloxi, Long Beach, St. Martin, D'iberville,
    Latimer and Gulfport Airport.
  - This includes the following Interstates...
    Interstate 10 in Mississippi between mile markers 30 and
    41...and
    between mile markers 43 and 48.
    Interstate 110 in Mississippi near mile marker 1...and
    between mile markers 3 and 4.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
