* WHERE...Union County in the piedmont North Carolina.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 741 AM EDT, Lingering high water conditions and/or out of
    bank stream levels in the Crooked Creek basin will continue
    to recede/improve, therefore the advisory will expire on
