The Flood Advisory will expire at 4 PM MDT this afternoon for a 
portion of northeast New Mexico, including the following area, 
Colfax.

The heavy rain has ended. Arroyo and small stream flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MDT Tuesday for 
portions of central and north central New Mexico...
