...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central New York, including the following 
  counties, Madison, Oneida and Onondaga.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1213 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms, with rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour.
    This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Syracuse, Utica, Oneida, New Hartford, Sullivan, Lenox,
    Pompey, Verona, Westmoreland, Chittenango, Canastota,
    Manlius, New York Mills, Sherrill, Cazenovia, Yorkville,
    Morrisville, Stockbridge, Augusta and Nelson.
