...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 330 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 330 AM EDT early this morning for 
portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, 
Carroll and Columbiana and Pennsylvania, including the following 
areas, Beaver, Butler and Lawrence.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and 
small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.
