...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following 
  county, Cuyahoga.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 726 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cleveland, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Solon,
    Warrensville Heights, Highland Hills, Garfield Heights,
    Shaker Heights, Maple Heights, South Euclid, Parma Heights,
    Rocky River, Brook Park, Mayfield Heights, East Cleveland,
    Fairview Park, Lyndhurst and University Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
