The Flood Warning is cancelled for portions of northeast Kentucky, 
including the following county, Greenup and southeast Ohio, 
including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Motorists should be cautious of 
any remaining debris on the roadways. Please continue to heed 
remaining road closures.
