The Flood Advisory will expire at 2 AM EDT early this morning for a 
portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following area, 
Lancaster.

The heavy rain has ended and runoff is decreasing. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
