...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following 
  counties, Lancaster and Lebanon.

* WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 731 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Isolated, minor flooding is ongoing in the
    advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lebanon, Ephrata, Elizabethtown, Lititz, Mount Joy, Palmyra,
    Manheim, Annville, East Petersburg, Cornwall, Akron,
    Myerstown, Salunga-Landisville, Denver, Maytown,
    Campbelltown, Reamstown, Rothsville, Pleasant Hill and Sand
    Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
