...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Pennsylvania, including the 
  following county, Luzerne.

* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1036 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wilkes-Barre, Edwardsville, Luzerne, Bear Creek, Bear Creek
    Village, Mountain Top, Kingston, Plains, Plymouth,
    Swoyersville, Larksville, Forty Fort, Ashley, Pringle,
    Courtdale, Laurel Run, Parsons, Forest Park and Wilkes-Barre
    Township.
