...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will continue.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following 
  counties, Cambria and Somerset.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain 
  closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are potentially 
  inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 544 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing
    flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Johnstown, Windber, Belmont, Geistown, Friedens, Boswell,
    Davidsville, Central City, Paint, Jerome, Scalp Level,
    Acosta, Tire Hill, Ogletown, Lorain, Jennerstown,
    Hooversville, Indian Lake, Stoystown and Shanksville.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
