...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 AM AST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following 
  counties, Aguas Buenas, Caguas, Cayey, Cidra and Gurabo.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1018 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cidra, Aguas Buenas, Caguas, Cayey, Gurabo, Santa Clara,
    Bairoa, Celada, Sumidero, G. L. Garcia, Parcelas Nuevas,
    Parcelas La Milagrosa and Parcelas La Milagr.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
