portion of Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Bayamon, 
Catano, Dorado, Toa Baja, Vega Alta and Vega Baja.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
