Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1001 AM EST, Local law enforcement and Emergency Managers reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is occurring. Between 6 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Little to no additional rainfall is expected. There are numerous roadways that have been impacted across the area from the heavy rainfall. There are numerous reports of flooded or washed out roadways. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Aiken, Orangeburg, Barnwell, Manning, Bamberg, Denmark, Brookdale, Aiken Mall, Williston, Blackville, New Ellenton, St. Matthews, Holly Hill, Branchville, Summerton, Bowman, Eastover, Elloree and Edisto Gardens. - This includes the following highways...
