Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
