...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast South Dakota, 
  including the following counties, in south central South Dakota, 
  Charles Mix. In southeast South Dakota, Bon Homme and Hutchinson.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 957 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain had fallen and flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and
    3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area over the next 24 hours.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tyndall, Wagner, Tripp, Avon, Marty, Dante and Yankton Sioux
    Tribal Nation.
