...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, 
  Cotton and Jefferson and northern Texas, including the following 
  counties, Archer, Clay and Wichita.

* WHEN...Until 515 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 213 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Portions of the advisory have received excessive rainfall
    over the past day and the additional rainfall this afternoon
    will cause additional flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wichita Falls, Henrietta, Petrolia, Scotland, Byers, Dean,
    Windthorst, Bellevue, Jolly, Bluegrove, Lake Arrowhead,
    Sheppard AFB, Lakeside City, Joy, Charlie, Vashti, Shannon
    and Cashion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
