The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Rio Grande at Rio Grande at Johnson Ranch near Castolon, Texas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.9 feet (3.0 meters).
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet (3.7 meters).
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 7.7 feet (2.3 meters) this
    afternoon. It will then rise to 8.1 feet (2.5 meters) late
    this evening. It will fall to 7.3 feet (2.2 meters) late
    tomorrow evening. It will then rise to 7.6 feet (2.3 meters)
    early Friday afternoon. It will fall again and remain below
    flood stage.
