...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following 
  county, Dallas.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Precipitation is ending, but minor flooding will continue
    across eastern and southern portions of Dallas County through
    9 PM. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Rowlett, Desoto, Cedar
    Hill, Wylie, Duncanville, Lancaster, Balch Springs,
    University Park, Sachse, Seagoville, Glenn Heights, Highland
    Park, Hutchins, Cockrell Hill, Sunnyvale and Wilmer.
