...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 PM MDT this evening for a 
portion of southeast Utah, including the following area, San Juan.

Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area between 
Fry Canyon and Blanding. If flooding has been observed...Please 
report it to your local law enforcement agency. Arroyo and small 
stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.
