...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 315 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 315 PM MDT this afternoon for a 
portion of northeast Utah, including the following area, Uintah 
along Hwy-40 between mile markers 162 and 168.

Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area. If 
flooding has been observed...Please report it to your local law 
enforcement agency. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
