In southwest Washington, Clark, Cowlitz, Pacific, Skamania and Wahkiakum. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1151 AM PDT, satellite and forecast estimates indicate heavy rain is moving into the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected at the coast and inland valleys, with 2 to 4 inches in the higher terrain of the Coast Range and Cascade foothills through this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
