The Flood Advisory will expire at 4 AM PDT early this morning for a 
portion of northwest Washington, including the following areas, 
Clallam, Island, Jefferson, San Juan, Skagit and Whatcom.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
