...HIGH WIND WATCH IS CANCELLED AND REPLACED WITH A WINTER STORM
WARNING...

Confidence has increased on impacts from both expected very strong
east winds gusting to 70 mph and blowing snow creating very low
visibility around 1/2 mile. The Winter Storm Warning has now been
issued to combine cover both of these hazards of very strong 
winds and very low visibility so the High Wind Watch is cancelled.
