* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph 
  expected. Gusts up to 50 mph along US Highway 12 from Ahsahka to 
  Orofino.

* WHERE...Orofino/Grangeville Region.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 7 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
