* WHERE...In Illinois, Rock Island and Whiteside Counties. In Iowa, 
  Scott County.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Through early this evening, the fog will 
  likely not be as dense, however confidence is high that fog will 
  thicken again this evening.
