...HIGH WIND WATCH IS CANCELLED...

Strong south to southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph are forecast with 
frequent gusts of 45 to 55 mph. However, there is no longer a 
significant risk of 40 mph or greater sustained winds or wind gusts 
of 58 mph or greater. Areas of blowing dust remain likely, reducing 
visibility to less than 4 miles at times, especially in vicinity of 
open agricultural fields.
