...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM MDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL FREMONT...SOUTHWESTERN EL PASO AND NORTHWESTERN
PUEBLO COUNTIES...

At 248 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located just southwest of 
Fountain, or 15 miles south of Colorado Springs, moving northeast at 
40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Southeastern Colorado Springs, Fountain, Stratmoor, Fort Carson,
Pinon, Security, Security-Widefield, Peterson Space Force Base,
Hanover, Cimarron Hills, and Pueblo West.
