...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR THE EAST CENTRAL DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA IS
CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has
been cancelled.  However, gusty winds and heavy rain are still
possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT for District of
Columbia.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Sterling Virginia.
