...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT/1100 AM CDT/
FOR SOUTHEASTERN GULF AND SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...

At 1143 AM EDT/1043 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of
producing a tornado was located near Apalachicola, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Apalachicola around 1150 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Nine
Mile, Eleven Mile, Apalachicola Airport, Tilton, and Bay City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
