FOR SOUTH CENTRAL RUSH AND NORTHEASTERN DECATUR COUNTIES...

At 617 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lake Santee, or
near Batesville, moving south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Sandusky, Clarksburg, Lake Santee, Moscow, and Newpoint.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 136 and 143.
