...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM CDT
FOR GRANT...LA SALLE AND SOUTHERN WINN PARISHES...

At 935 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Harrisonburg to near Midway to 6 miles north of
Colfax, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Jena, Colfax, Midway, Pollock, Dry Prong, Georgetown, Atlanta, Nebo,
Rogers, Catahoula Lake, Bentley, Rochelle, Zenoria, Lake Iatt, Aloha,
Fishville, and Williana.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
