FOR NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON...NORTHEASTERN ALLEGANY...MORGAN...
NORTHEASTERN MINERAL AND NORTHEASTERN HAMPSHIRE COUNTIES...

At 431 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Berkeley
Springs, or 7 miles northeast of Paw Paw, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to 
         fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage 
         homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed 
         trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured 
         light objects may become projectiles.

Locations impacted include...
Hancock, Paw Paw, Greenwood, Berkeley Springs, Great Cacapon, Green
Spring, Oldtown, Little Orleans, Johnsons Mill, Valley View, Fishers
Bridge, Spohrs Crossroads, Pumpkin Center, Oakland, Rock Gap, Smith
Crossroads, New Hope, Shady Grove, Omps, and Lineburg.
