FOR SOUTHEASTERN ALAMANCE...SOUTHWESTERN ORANGE AND CHATHAM
COUNTIES...

At 348 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Pittsboro,
moving southwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Siler City, Carrboro, Crosswinds Boating
Center, Snow Camp, Crosswinds Campground, Sutphin, Jordan Lake, and
Jordan Lake State Rec Area.
