FOR PHELPS...SOUTHWESTERN BUFFALO...SOUTHEASTERN DAWSON AND HARLAN
COUNTIES...

At 1238 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Amherst to 7 miles southeast of Odessa to near Ragan,
moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of
Phelps, southwestern Buffalo, southeastern Dawson and Harlan
Counties.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 249 and 267.
