...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHERN GRANT AND CENTRAL
HIDALGO COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 745 PM MDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe 
limits. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, 
gusty winds are still possible, with some blowing dust, and low 
visibilities over the Lordsburg Playa with this thunderstorm.
