FOR SOUTHWESTERN HAMILTON AND CENTRAL FULTON COUNTIES...

At 645 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of
Stratford, or 20 miles northwest of Gloversville, moving east at 35
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
