EXPIRE AT 730 PM EDT...

The storms which prompted the warning are weakening below severe 
limits, so the warning will be allowed to expire. Gusty winds to 45 
mph and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm as it 
moves through the Rockaways and areas in or near Jamaica Bay.
